We aim to provide fast and reliable shipping services to all customers in the United Kingdom. All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Processing Time

• Orders are prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Area

• We offer free shipping within the United Kingdom, covering England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
• Note: We do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.

Warehouse Location

• UK orders are mainly shipped from our Wolverhampton, West Midlands warehouse.
• If an item is out of stock locally, it may be shipped from our China warehouse, and additional shipping time may apply.

Delivery Time

• UK Stock: 2–7 business days
• China Stock: 9–15 business days (extra shipping fees may apply)

Tracking

• All packages are shipped with reliable carriers such as DPD, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, and include tracking for your convenience.

Customs & Duties

• UK domestic shipments do not incur customs charges.
• If an order is shipped from China, the customer may be responsible for any applicable import duties.

Returns & Exchanges

If a return or exchange is required:

• Issues caused by product defects or seller responsibility: We cover the return and reshipment shipping costs.
• Issues not related to product quality or seller responsibility: The buyer covers the return shipping costs, and we cover the replacement shipment.

Returns

• All returns must have prior Return Authorization from our customer service: VlandUK@zohomail.com.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• Undamaged products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
• Buyer pays shipping if return is not due to product defect.
• For defective or wrong items, Vland covers return shipping.
• Items must include all accessories and original packaging.
• Returns may be refused if requirements are not met.
• A slight deduction (20%) may apply for returned items with scratches or damage.

Return Validity

• Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Return

• Contact VlandUK@zohomail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Receive the return address from Vland within 24 working hours.
• Send the returned item with courier name and tracking number.
• A return form will be included in the package you received. Please fill it out and include it with the returned items.

Refunds

• Processed once item arrives at our warehouse.
• Refunds issued using original payment method, typically 2–5 business days.

Quality Warranty

• 1-year warranty from purchase date for defects in materials or workmanship.
• Defective items will be replaced with new or factory-refurbished items of equal value.
• Customers must follow proper troubleshooting steps and provide video evidence.
• Replacement items require the defective product to be returned or destroyed, with proof.

Order Cancellation

• Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
