Vland UK – Returns & Warranty Policy

Return Conditions

All returns must have prior Return Authorization from our customer service: VlandUK@zohomail.com.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- Undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason, including:
  1. Defective items: Material or workmanship issues.
  2. Wrong items: Products received do not match the order.
  3. Non-quality reasons: Personal preference, wrong choice, or other reasons.
- If the return is not due to a product defect, the buyer pays shipping.
- For defective or wrong items, Vland covers return shipping.
- Items must include all accessories and original packaging.
Returns may be refused if requirements are not met.
A slight deduction (approximately 20%) may apply for returned items with scratches or damage.

Return Validity

Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Return

Contact VlandUK@zohomail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive the return address from Vland within 24 working hours.
Send the returned item with courier name and tracking number.
A return form will be included in the package you received. Please fill it out and include it with the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the item arrives at our warehouse.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method, typically within 2–5 business days.

Quality Warranty

1-year warranty from the purchase date for defects in materials or workmanship.
Defective items will be replaced with new or factory-refurbished items of equal value.
Customers must follow proper troubleshooting steps and provide video evidence.
Replacement items require the defective product to be returned or destroyed, with proof.
