We offer free shipping across the UK, including:

• Wales
• Northern Ireland

Note: We do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.

Warehouse Location

UK orders are primarily shipped from our Wolverhampton, West Midlands warehouse.

If an item is out of stock in the UK, it may be shipped from our China warehouse, which may result in additional shipping time.

Delivery Time

• UK Stock: 2–7 business days
• China Stock: 9–15 business days (additional shipping fees may apply)

Tracking

All packages are shipped with trusted carriers, including DPD, Royal Mail, DHL, and UPS, and include tracking for your convenience.

Customs & Duties

• UK domestic shipments: No customs charges
• Orders shipped from China: Customers may be responsible for import duties

Returns & Exchanges

• Product defects or seller responsibility: We cover return and reshipment shipping costs.
• Non-quality issues: Buyer covers return shipping; we cover replacement shipping.
